What if you could combine the art of Nursing with the skills of a corporate boss, all while putting your passion, purpose and profession in alignment?
This Accelerator Program is for you if...
- You are an active and engaged Nurse.
- You are a Nurse that has been at the bedside for awhile and is ready for something MORE!
- You still love being a Nurse & know what you're doing, but just want more.
- You're not quite sure what your future looks like as a Nurse.
- You're not quite sure where to go next.
Prevalence is defined as a proportion of persons in a population who have a particular attribute at a specified point in time or over a specified period.
The road to leadership is not a destination, it's a journey — it’s something that you have to work at regularly throughout your career, regardless of what level you reach in your organization.
I am here to guide you through your prevalence by:
The road to leadership is not a destination, it's a journey — it’s something that you have to work at regularly throughout your career, regardless of what level you reach in your organization.
I am here to guide you through your prevalence by:
- Discovering what your gift and passion in Nursing is.
- Designing a plan to use your passion to work with your purpose.
- Creatively planning and executing how to put it all together with your profession.
Need to know more...?

Prevalence: A Nurse Leader Accelerator isn’t just another coaching program.
I’m zero percent interested in getting stuck in the coaching bubble.
What I do here is SO beyond talking about taking extra classes to learn more skills because there's more to Nursing than clinical skills.
This perception is outdated.
Nurses are more than bedside, frontline workers. We are inspiring, innovative, and influential.
Unfortunately, not every Nurse knows how to be prevalent, relevant, and a leader while getting compensated, as well.
You may have a few traits of a good leader but unable to grasp, groom, and grow these skills.
Honestly, chances are, you will not be able to do so on your own.
So you feel trapped, stuck, unsatisfied, and over Nursing.
You want to water your seed and grow in your role, but first, you need to plant roots and become PREVALENT!

- Nursing does not promote, enhance, or encourage using your gift to be relevant as a Nurse.
- Nursing school does not create Nursing leaders in or away from the bedside.
- Traditionally, Nurses are viewed as professionals who follow orders, complete tasks, and care for the sick.

Here's what past participants had to say
"During our organization's Exemplary Counsel Meeting, the topic was brought up about a council that will start to support our LGBTQ Community. During that meeting I had the opportunity to ask about what is the hospital's plan in serving other marginalized groups, specifically the Black population. I was immediately contacted by our Magnet Director and Health Navigator Manager about starting an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Multidisciplinary Committee. Before working with you I would have never had the confidence to speak effectively about the long overdue needs of our facility. Thank you for sharing your pearls of wisdom and empowering Nurses to think beyond the bedside. - Consuela Johnson, MSN, RN-BC |
I originally thought it was going to be a nurse educator development program, but no. I am inspired to make a new vision board and look at it differently than I did before. I am in the process of getting my MSN in education. I am the director of education for our hospital and feel I suffer from imposter syndrome, a bit. But tonight I remembered that I am a bad ass bitch and haven't gotten to where I am by luck. I have a skill set and knowledge base that is of great value. Thank you for that inspiration! ~Gretchen Souza, Nurse Educator |
"I recently submitted my CV for Director of Nursing position. I was asked about qualities of a good nurse. I grabbed my class notebook remembering you {redacted} taught us about Nurse Leader qualities. The Interviewer said 'wow, I never heard anyone say INSPIRE before'. I elaborated based on how we need to inspire and influence our patients and colleagues towards positive change. Tiffany, the man was blown away! Thank you so much for all you do. I am so grateful. ~Sherene McIntyre, Registered Nurse |
